Sanofi Viet Nam Named Among 100 Best Employers For 5th Straight Year

HCM CITY —Healthcare company Sanofi was recently named among the 100 best workplaces in for a fifth consecutive year.

This year it was voted as one of the 100 leading employers in Việt Nam and the second best in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

Done by Anphabe Company and Intage Market Research Company, the 100 best workplaces in Viet Nam survey is based on many criteria like salaries, bonuses, welfare, development opportunities, and culture - values.

 

The annual survey, done since 2013 to measure the attractiveness of employers’ brands, is done completely independently and methodically with in-depth interviews, group surveys and wide surveys to get the most objective opinions from employees.

 

Sanofi stands out with its ability to attract young talent with more than 80 per cent of its workforce belonging to Generation Y (18-35 years).

 

Salaries - bonuses - outstanding benefits, talent attraction strategies, leadership development for employees are the main factors that help Sanofi become an attractive working environment for employees in the challenging field of pharmaceuticals.

Last December Sanofi Vietnam, along with Sanofi Singapore and India, was named the Top Employer for the first time by the Top Employers Institute.
