HÀ NỘI — More than 140 local and international manufacturers and suppliers sought opportunities to export Vietnamese goods to Japan at the 2019 AEON Supplier Conference in Hà Nội on Wednesday.

The annual conference was held by Japan’s largest retailers AEON in collaboration with AEON Vietnam and AEON TOPVALU Vietnam.

The event is an opportunity to deepen ties between AEON companies and their suppliers through connecting and enhancing quality of products to meet increasing demands of local and international consumers.

At the event, AEON Co. Ltd and Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd shared business policies and product development strategy to improve the quality of products and services to meet the demands of domestic customers and international export standards.

Representatives from AEON TOPVALU Japan and AEON TOPVALU Vietnam also shared their policies and requirements of products development.

Through close collaboration with suppliers, AEON said it will strike to meet customers’ satisfactions and contribute to the growth and sustainable development of Việt Nam.

To date, AEON Vietnam has launched four large shopping malls nationwide. Two new shopping malls are expected to be put into operation by AEON Vietnam in the near future, including the AEON Mall Hà Đông in 2019 and AEON Mall Lê Chân in Hải Phòng in 2020. — VNS
