Manulife Vietnam is set to continue its partnership with the world-famous Manulife Danang International Marathon after signing a new multi sponsorship deal.
The exclusive five-year tie-up as title sponsor will see Manulife currently the largest life insurance firm in Vietnam in terms of charter capital maintain its association with the world-famous event until 2023.
The Manulife Danang International Marathon is considered one of Southeast Asia’s top destination runs, with this year’s race expected to attract over 9,000 runners from 67 countries.
The success of the event has helped earmark Danang as a tourist destination of choice and contribute to its thriving economy.
The ongoing sponsorship of the marathon has also been a powerful force in building stronger, healthier communities in Vietnam.

“We’ve been associated with this world-famous event since 2016 and believe it’s one way we can continue to inspire active and healthy living in Vietnam.”
The increasingly health-conscious population in Vietnam is looking for new ways to get motivated and become more active.
The weekend celebration of active and healthy living offers different ways for people to get involved, ranging from the 42km, 21km, 10km, and 5km runs to the new ManulifeMOVEHealthFest.
Held in conjunction with the marathon, the inaugural ManulifeMOVEHealthFest includes two days of free entertainment, activities, and prizes.
“We have many surprises planned for this year’s race weekend and the debut of the ManulifeMOVEHealthFest will give people a chance to experience the joy of moving,” added Kim.

Manulife Danang International Marathon is slated to take place on August 11, and ManulifeMOVEHealthFest will take place on August 9-10 in Danang.
