HDBank Named Among Best Companies To Work For In Asia

HDBank has been recognised as one of the best companies to work for in Asia for a second year in a row by HR Asia magazine, a publication for human resource professionals.

This year hundreds of Vietnamese companies across many industries registered for the award, of which 50 were honoured.

The annual award is organised across the region, with companies from the UAE, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam taking part.

Full-time employees at these businesses were interviewed by HR Asia to measure their satisfaction with the workplace environment.

In-depth interviews with managing executives and personnel managers were also conducted to better understand HR policies and strategies.

Enterprises are awarded for attractive HR and remuneration policies, working environment and regularly organising internal activities to connect employees.

This year HR Asia used a comprehensive evaluation model to examine employee satisfaction in the workplace based on three categories (Core, Self and Group).

HDBank earned high scores in the surveys in all categories for its ideal working conditions and attractive welfare measures for employees.

As of end of March the bank had 6,041 employees around the country, with 34 per cent of them working for it for more than five years.

It provides training in professional knowledge, soft skills and teambuilding, organises emulation and reward activities and offers health and social security benefits and amusement activities.
